I'm a Senior Product Designer, most recently at Monday.com, where I helped scale their CRM and marketing products to enterprise standards.

Previously at Pupil, I led the design of internal and customer-facing products focused on usability, efficiency, and brand cohesion. Earlier, as the founding designer at Medefer, an award-winning virtual outpatient service for the NHS, I designed the UK's first virtual referral platform, cutting in-person visits by 70% and easing hospital backlogs.
