The best design processes are both robust and flexible, allowing you to take on any project increasing the likelihood of creating a successful product.

Methodology
1

Explore

A preliminary phase which involves not only researching and framing the problem but also gathering enough evidence to guide the design decisions in the best possible direction.
2

Design

Once enough information has been gathered, a combination of low and high fidelity prototypes are developed and is continuously communicated with stakeholders.
3

Test

An evaluation method where representative users interact with the design for the purpose of learning how usable that design actually is. As the designs are an iterative process, the earlier the tests are conducted, the better.
4

Reflect

Handing over and delivering the designs whilst also tracking the performance of the design solution and reflecting back on the project to understand what can be improved.
