Overview
Before Stak Hub, customers received their assets; floor plans, CAD files, and virtual tours - but had no central place to manage them. Once delivered, these files were often stored externally, creating a transactional relationship with little ongoing engagement.
I saw an opportunity to transform this into a continuous service rather than a one-off handover. The goal was to create a platform that became part of the customer’s workflow - a space to store, manage, and order assets in one place. By streamlining access to Stak’s digital assets and integrating it into daily operations, we strengthened customer relationships and positioned Stak as an indispensable partner. The launch of Stak Hub played a pivotal role in securing key strategic clients and attracting significant investment, establishing the platform as a cornerstone of Stak’s growth.

Role
As Design Lead, I defined the vision for Stak Hub and guided the product from concept to launch. My focus was on creating a cohesive experience that simplified asset management for agents, landlords, and asset managers while driving long-term engagement. I worked closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure every design decision balanced user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Beyond interface design, I helped shape how the platform could scale - building the foundation for flexibility, consistency, and future growth. This involved aligning teams around a shared vision, defining the core interaction patterns, and ensuring the product could evolve with new features and market demands. The result was a unified, intuitive platform that positioned Stak Hub as a key part of customers’ daily workflows and strengthened its role within Stak’s broader ecosystem.
